Ann-Marie Rose is a native of Falmouth, Trelawny but grew up in a small community called Blytheston in St. James, Jamaica.  She graduated from Harrison Memorial High School in Montego Bay and later from Duff’s Business College in Kingston.  She worked with the Ministry of the Public Service, Imperial Optical and later as a personnel officer with JBC in Kingston before migrating to the United States.

Ann-Marie lived in New York and worked with Chemical Bank for a very short time before moving to Atlanta in 1984. She pursued her paralegal studies and has built her career as a commercial real estate paralegal.  She has worked in prominent law firms in Atlanta supporting the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial properties. Ann- Marie is known not only for her attention to detail and deep industry knowledge, but also for the steady, dependable approach she brings to every transaction. She has also been a residential realtor for over 25 years.

She genuinely enjoys the work she does and the relationships she’s built along the way. She values collaboration, clear communication, and finding practical solutions that help move projects forward smoothly. Her friendly, approachable nature makes her someone people feel comfortable turning to, whether navigating a complex deal or working through everyday challenges.

Ann-Marie has been married to Noel for 43 years;  they have two adult children and one grandchild. She loves to travel and has made a goal to visit at least one new country every year. Noel loves gardening and Ann-Marie loves to watch him do so, admire the flowers, and reap the fruits of his labor.

She will be honored to serve on the board and contribute her experience, perspective, and commitment to supporting the organization’s mission and growth.
