Raymond Brooks is an information technology expert with over 30 years of management experience in Banking, Manufacturing and Government, leading mission critical cybersecurity and infrastructure services. 

As the CIO and co-owner of DD Consulting and Management, he holds a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.S. in information management concentrating on Infrastructure Design and Management, as well as multiple vendor certifications such as ITIL, MCSE, CCNA, CCSP, CCVP and PMP. After starting his career in banking as an application programmer, he worked with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) as a Systems Engineer Consultant, providing network planning, design and implementation for General Motors in North America. He was later promoted to Operations Manager, responsible for the management of a Master Service level agreement, implementing operational support standards and procedures relating to change management, performance management and security. He assisted senior management in determining the technical direction of the organization and leading and coordinating the development of network infrastructure. 

Mr. Brooks has worked with the City of Atlanta as Director of Information Technology, managing the city’s IT infrastructure. He was featured in the Fall 2015 edition of State Tech Magazine for his leadership and contribution to Cyber Security technology.

As Director of Information Technology, his in-depth knowledge of IT systems and tools is critical to the success of the Jamaican Museum and Cultural Center.
